Went to the gym today for another 1hr 45min session. I actually started my diet on the 2nd of january and been doing quite a bit of training since then. I never followed any real diet plan until yesterday when i did quiet a bit of reading about the smash diet. Now i have started the detox phase. Surely it should help even more.

Decided to weigh myself for the first time today since january 2nd. Was glad to see that i have shred 4kg in the first 10 days. The hard training is really paying off.
110 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Main course? Well if your referring to what i have been eating of an evening then its been the same thing over and over. Brown rice, stir fried (1 tablespoon of olive oil) with vegetables and usually a mexican spice mix. Max 1 cup of brown ice.
