This weekend was fun, but rough. Lots of intense working out. Good for me, bad for my system. I'm better now after a toxin purge (don't ask), so now I just got to get back on the proverbial horse. We'll see what happens...

80.3 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
