Not a big drop, but better than the alternative. Hopefully, I'll see a decrease next Thursday. Plan to ensure I get in at least 10,000 steps a day.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.9 kg a Week
