Well, it appears that I have lost 3 pounds, but I know better than to get excited. I always seem to bounce up and down for a few days. Tomorrow I may be up, but I'm not going to let that get me down. I've been very motivated and have been exercising like crazy on top of staying to the letter of the law with the diet. I feel great too!
98.9 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 26.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
