slow but sure 😁 14 hari diet dengan 4 hari cheating day, dan seminggu libur wo karna cidera kambuh, diet cuma defisit kalori 1000 kkal tiap hari 😁 makan tetep digoreng dan tetep makan gorengan 1x sehari 😁
