I'm eating between 15-20 carbs a day and from 1300-1500 calories for sixteen days now. 2 pounds lost, all first three days and then nothiing. Am very post menopausal and up and down in weight from many diets.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

Are most of your carbs coming from vegetables? Are you sticking to your limits on sweeteners, cheese, and special foods? Is your diet 65% fat? Are you drinking your water?

If you don't exercise and can, start. Stick to your diet and get plenty of activity. Every year after 30 women start losing muscle. You need to build it back up. Do strength training/circuit training a few times a week and get in cardio every day if possible. Exercise becomes your best friend as you get older.
