Well, the new year has begun, and I have yet to fit activity into my schedule, though there is no valid excuse for me not doing it. I say "the gym's too far", "I'm too tired", "I don't have time", when interestingly enough I have time to religiously watch Biggest Loser every Tuesday evening and Grey's Anatomy every Thursday, lol. This past Tuesday I realized that I'm sitting watching the Biggest Loser, people that are working so hard to achieve the same goal I am, and I'm sitting there on my butt just watching them. I finally decided that this could be a more productive hour for me, and halfway through, I got up and started doing squats and sit ups, my friend that I was watching it with just kind of looked at me, like what are you doing, but then she had me doing push ups, lol. Hopefully these little changes will lead to big ones, and next week I'm going to commit to an early morning step class....stayed tuned for the results of that... till next time, I'm just going to keep on keepin' on.
