Hello, I am new to this site and I am still trying to figure some things out. I would love any helpful advice. When I intially entered in my stats, it calculated my target calorie intake and the macronutrient goals. Here is my concern. It said to eat 1900 calories. My fitbit said I only burned about 1400 calories,so if I was to make the goal of 1900 calories and burned 1400 there is a net of 500 calories I am hanging on to. Guess I should just get moe activity in to make that goal??? as far as the macronutrients, what is a good carb, protein and fat intake gor weight loss. again it seems that the app was generous with their amounts of what you could take in. I get frustrated with guess work. I would just like to know what I should aim for. if any others have feedback I would like to hear it. thank you!
