close bulan ini : total lost 3.5 kg Alhamdulillah, pola makan harus banyak di benerin (karna bulan ini berantakan buanyak acara + liburan semester) 😅😅 3 minggu no workout cuma jalan kaki maks 20 menit 3x seminggu karna belom boleh sama dokter 😔 thanks a lot my body, youre so awesome partner. Lets still fight for our goals 😄😍
