Well, the scale keeps taking me from 174 to 176. When I was at the gym this morning and it gave me 175 so lets hope that I really lost that one pound... even considering my terrible eating habits these past couple of weeks.

Thank God I went to the grocery store after leaving the gym! Now I've got healthy food to eat but that means I'll need to cook it! I'll have to make some time like today or tomorrow to make what I need for this next week. Everything I bought has to be prepared from scratch but that is nothing new about my cooking. I cook from scratch anyway.
79.4 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
