OK! Lost about 4 lbs this week... Very exciting. I have basically been watching everything I eat very closely since I have recently been diagnosed with hypertension (adding it to my diabetes). So that means its time to lose weight!! Just have to keep this up! :)
70.8 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
