In spite of the roast dinner and cupcake at a family gathering I still managed to misplace another pound.
I put it down to doing the Pepper Pig dance with my niece Ashleigh 😁
101.2 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
