Started exercising by walking 2 miles a day with my sister. Something I really need to do to get in shape for my trip to Alaska next summer.
My dogs will love me as for men to keep.up the walking at home in will be taking them each on separate walks.
I have 3 dogs so I should be able to get. My 2 miles in.
84.5 kg Lost so far: 28.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
