Only followed my diet for a day last week, not really feeling in a diet mood. Will try again this week.
98.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Keep pushing yourself. Every day you follow your plan is a victory. We all start off having to convince ourselves so don't give up. You only fail if you stop trying. This is a life long commitment. Once you get some momentum going you will find it a lot easier to stay with it. Try to incorporate more healthy foods even if you aren't counting your POINTS just yet. Work out strategies to keep the irresistable goodies out of the house or at least out of sight. Keep coming back here for inspiration. You will figure it out. We are all rooting for you!
