Today is Sunday. I have kept to me eating plan over the weekend -even on a Saturday evening and chose grilled chicken and salad last night with Coke Zero. it was delicious! I am proud of myself. I also feel strong after a week of workouts -Wohoo 1.5 kgs down and rocking on!
