1.)Breakfast: Visalus Shake (shake mix, chocolate mix-in, water, ice.)
2.)Lunch: Deep-fried Lumpia (10) with vinegar & garlic dip
3.)Snack: Mini banana-nut muffin & 1 choco-covered mac nut
4.)Dinner: Visalus Shake (shake mix, cinnamon, almond extract, water, Original Almond Milk)
5.)Dessert: 2 handfuls popped popcorn kernals
