While I'm posting a small gain this week, I'm not too upset. I know it's going to be a bit of an uphill battle getting back into the healthy lifestyle...
On the upside, I'm going to join a gym. I think it's going to be that added push I need to get myself back into the exercise game. Group exercise seems like a fun idea, plus I can use stuff like treadmills and ellipticals for cardio, in addition to just riding my bike to and from work each day.
Trying to be positive! Because negativity leads back to bad behaviours!
