10st 7.5 Fat 25.7% No WW. No no no! This is not going according to plan! But this morning's weigh in was without prep and TOTM, so maybe might have been a SS otherwise?! (ever the optimist!) I'm really struggling with empty nest and low mood and uphill struggle at work, but that's just stuff and there'll always be stuff, no one puts it in my mouth but me. On a positive note at least I did pick up a pack of triple choc in-store cookies this lunchtime but put them back before checkout, so these little victories all help!
66.9 kg Lost so far: 14.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
