Resisted all temptations of a large work meeting dinner. Planned ahead and stuck to my plan. It definitely was not easy. Dominoes pizza and brownies were sounding pretty good on the 3 hour drive home afterwards, but my water worked just fine as I had met my macros and knew I wasn't truly hungry.
86.4 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 20.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Wow - both pizza AND brownies? I probably would've succumbed - good job!

It's a regular thing at our large meetings with planning committees. It was incredibly hard. There is some currently lingering in our office kitchen that is loudly calling my name as I run in the opposite direction to my tuna packet with mayo and salad that I am not quite fond of and plan my dinner.
