lumayan, sudah berkurang 0,7 kg pada hari ke 3 pelaksanaan KF. mudah2an besok berkurang banyak
79.3 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
