I hear you! It takes so long to get off and goes on so quickly. It is frustrating!! I also got down to 144 this summer on WW, but had a hard time sticking with it. After the holidays, I was suddenly 156. It stinks b/c it's so hard to lose it. I have been doing the Abs diet for just over 2 weeks now and am back at working out. I am feeling good and strong now! I would love to get into the 130's but I just don't think it is realistic anymore after having 3 kids- so I have 140 as my goal for now. Good luck!
