Alhamdulillah nimbang sebelum senam td udh Penurunan 0.9 kg. Terakhir nimbang 3hari yg lalu. Dari awal belajar pola hidup sehat total turun udh 4.1kg selama 22hr. Gak apa lama turun biar awet dan gk gampang naik. Slow but sure 😘
55.8 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
