I’m walking much more now and currently eating lots of soup for lunch. It seems to be working. Not far to go till I reach my goal.
57.6 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
