Banyak yg bilang klo gym musti banyak makan terutama carbo biar ada power pas latihan, katanya salah kalau latihan belum makan jd gada power, padahal tujuan aq cuting buang lemak dan nurunin BB. Jadi mana yg benar ya setau aku klo cuting itu low carbo & fat, high protein
