not doing well on weight watchers think I will try cutting out junk food ie biscuits and lowering carb intake . will try to up the exercise. HERE GOES!!!!!!!

I'm on a mission to lower my carbs while on WW, too! I have never been able to stick to diets like Atkins for the long term but I think I could handle cutting out/down the simple carbs while still allowing myself tons of veggies and some other complex carbs. Good luck with your efforts!
