I'm kinda bummed that I have to miss the BodyFlow class that I really like today...but there's another one at a different gym on Friday morning, so i think I'll go to that class.
I'm still going to get myself to the gym before work...I'm going to do a bit of light weights here at home and when I get to the gym, I'm going to use the treadmill and I'm going to foam roll the hell out of my right thigh!
