Did not exercise / golf but lunch was 450ml fresh juice dinner was stir fried chicken and dhal
89.1 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
