Great to be back at the gym. Having trouble sleeping at night though, and I think my metabolism is revved up or something because honestly, only getting three or four hours of sleep the last few nights - yet still feel fine.
100.7 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
