Yay! getting back on track. Doing things differently this time on banting diet. Cutting out my red wine totally...also taking cream in coffee instead of milk and cut out mayonnaise. I realise this weight loss is mostly water but i am going to keep at it! Just need to increase my water intake then I am on a path to success!
