My carbs were a bit too high at 68g yesterday due to the banting granola that i made for breakfasts this week. Need to adjust my portion size. Still happy with my loss :)
102.1 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 22.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
