Return from Nakuru and had no meals prepared so had mozzarella for breakfast and crisps chill for dinner.
85.8 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.1 kg a Week
