pas,awal diet 6 hari trn 3 kg,kya'gk percaya gitu.
skrng 2 Minggu turun 0,5 kg.😧😧😧
AP karena msih bandel kadang suka nyomot"
gorengan y? trus dietnya nggak bisa yg rebus sama sekali,sayur masih d tumis dg minyak SE sendok,msih mkn bakso, es cream,nasi.he..
nggak papa lah yg penting qwnya happy meskipun lgi diet.
