Stopped tracking calories and it shows. I've been hitting the weights during this time and my legs seem to have improved. Time to get calories back on track and lose some water weight/BF% by June before I start my next BioForge stack this summer. After counting calories for the first time yesterday I think I've actually be way low on calories and possibly hit starvation mode daily except for weekends. We'll see. Time to cut back on some sugar intake that I know has been high as of late as well.
