i did well during the thanksgiving earthquake but underestimated the leftover tupperware tsunami which revived my craving for sweets and larger quantities
27.3% fat, 32.1% muscle
116.7 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
