STARTED NEW WORK OUT, WEIGHT 1st, then the cardio stuff. well almost, I have to do a little hard cardie to start or I will hurt my legs. but otherwise I am doing pretty good, gained alb but it's comming back off again.
97.5 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week
