This past fortnight wasn't a great one. The first week should've been telling enough... the following week was completely chaotic. Not only did I struggle to cope with personal matters but with the way I was eating this week, I expected to see an increase on the scale. Surprisingly and thankfully, it wasn't. Hopefully this week will be a lot better. Now, what should I have for breakfast?
