I'm sick of working out 4 days a week and eating well with no impressive results. These last pounds are killing me!
73.5 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week

step it up to 5 days a week or spend some more time on the treadmill or whatever you do for cardio. You can do it! :D

Well, if you give up, then you could end up back where you started. If you keep going, you will eventually reach your goal. Even then, it's not easy. You have to maintain the weight through healthy eating and exercise. So take a deep breath and just keep going. It might be slow going, but look at your chart. You are going downward.
