I must say I have been good this week.The liquid diet combined with training worked for me.After gaining at least I have lost some weight this week,weighing 66,6kg today.Im proud of myself.My plan is to start doing weight lifting when I reach 64,5 with the hope that my goal won't take long.I will continue with HIIT training for 25min and spinning for an hour just this week and take it from there.
