10st 10.6 Fat 26.3% No WW. Clearly the no WW isn't doing me any favors! Another gain. The chart I started with 12wks till hol is looking embarrassing, instead of being a lovely rainbow decline, the 2nd, 3rd and now 4th weeks are all off the scale :( and Christmas is really gonna help, I haven't managed to create ANY wiggle room yet :(
