Stuck to low-calorie foods but went over 500 calories to 700!!! Was hungry today and couldn't stop snacking...Hopefully today will be better. Going to the gym as I cwas so tired yesterday, I couldn't even go for a walk! However, I'm down 1.1lbs today! Yeah!
