Its been a fantastic week except a Beer and Butter Chicken on Weekend,,,,,Met a close friend after months,,Cudnt say No.

74.8 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg. Still to go: 8.8 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

Losing 1.6 kg a Week
