昨天被抓去吃了一籠蒸餃,不過馬上配合2:30的走路和1000大卡的腳踏車機補回來,順利繳出0.4的降幅,尿酮也還是保持在最深的那色,不過再來還有1/4的同學會聚餐和1/19的尾牙大魔王,很顯然都是超級補肉日啊QQ,只能趁連假多降一點放起來等了!
