—-MC第六天—- 老公問,為什麼這幾天吃那麼多蘿蔔糕我體重沒增還減,他跟著吃也維持體重🤣🤣🤣 我想可能原因有三吧: 1.MC快走了 2.持續運動 3.蘿蔔糕自己做的,我加了滿滿的魚肉和蘿蔔,相對澱粉量就少吧🤣 😘已經有好幾個人說我變瘦了,臉也變小了,開心🎉繼續加油...一點一點前進🎉
