This week was pretty tough. Justin's bday was Wednesday and mine was Saturday. We normally only eat out only once a week, this week I ate out 4 times but I was able to keep to my calorie count and exercise every day.
The big weigh in for my gym is Saturday. I need to make sure not to cheat at all for the next 5 days! Then I will have a blizzard, but I will not go over 2000 cal.
109.5 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 21.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
