I missed work outs and ate poorly. My scale was good to me this morning. Now that I head out for work travel, I will get back into my routine. The goal is to stay under 1400 calories Monday thru Friday.
The work outs seemed to finally hit critical mass. My body is looking better, hence I feel pretty good.
Must stay the course!
