Getting there. I didn't log my food while I was away for the weekend but I was quite active and walked for about 5 hours on Sunday. Another pound gone and still on target for my goal before my holiday.
52.6 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
