not bad in a week I lost 13 lbs. hope I can keep it up. not craving sugar anymore first week was hard. no more coffee just drinking tea now. all I had this last walk was eggs, chicken and green vegetables. I also didn't eat anything after 6pm.
107.4 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 28.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
