Sukses dietnya bro.. Defisit kalori.. Ma tidur malam yang pules.. Krn dr studi.. Pembakaran lemak terbanyak terjadi bukan karena olah raga tapi saat regenerasi sel saat malem.. Makanya kl nimbang pagi banyak org hepi.. Ha ha
