Well, I knew I would gain weight over the break and vacation, so not surprised by my gain. However, it (the gain) is not so much to make me feel like I can't get right back on track. So, straight and narrow going forward to work toward my goal.
71.1 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
