Another day, another dollar. Another .2 lbs lost, hey, at least it's something. 221.0
I am wanting to see 219's this week for some reason, and I know it may not be possible. I am doing a long bike ride tomorrow, for about an hour and a half. So today I will take it easy, I may go for a nice walk later to get my feet moving.
This weekend is the long memorial day weekend, and we have nothing planned. My son is doing some stuff with his friend who has a birthday, but the rest of the family not so much. I was invited to a cookout at a coworkers, but I dont want to go. I like the idea of not having much on my plate except eating right, and exercising.
Wife starts a new job today, it is not much money, but something for her to do. She can meet contacts and maybe do something else, or who knows, she may like it. It deals with greeting cards, and gifts, so hopefully she will enjoy it.
I have work to do, and I am getting distracted here, so until tomorrow my friends.
